SPOTTED: Channel NewsAsia viewer Euan Wilmshurst’s video shows the waterspout that appeared over Singapore’s east coast earlier today. It lasted for 10 minutes and could be seen from areas such as Marine Crescent, Telok Kurau and Gardens by the Bay. NEA has said that such a phenomenon is caused by intense thunderstorms.
