Award-winning Ramen emporium IPPUDO will unveil outlet no.9, which is nestled in Marina Bay Sands
The 90-seater outlet will serve the brand’s top three Singapore Exclusive ramen dishes under one roof along with new side dishes.
Delicate and refreshing, the Shoyu Ramen (S$17) features homemade noodles that marry well with the chicken broth. It is served with chicken chashu, leeks, bamboo shoots, half an umami egg and naruto (fishcake). Equally enticing is the Niku Soba (S$19), which showcases an onsen tamago, pork belly slices and thin al dente noodles swimming in a piquant pork broth. Spring onion and bamboo shoots also enliven the dish. 
A brand-new dish, the Samurai Rib (S$7/1pc, S$13/2pcs) features pork ribs rubbed with the chef’s special medley of sauce and spices. Cap off the gourmet experience with Almond Jelly Noodle (S$6), another new innovative dessert offered at the new store with jelly noodles served in a milky soup. This dessert is bound to sweeten the memories of dining at IPPUDO.
