18 yo teen with history of mental health history causing trouble @ bedok mall with pair of scissors was detained by mall security and members of public. He was later arrested by the police for public nuisance.

5月17日、Bedok Mallで、18歳の少年がハサミを振り回して逮捕された。
少年は店のセキュリティガードと通りがかりの人の二人に取り押さえられ、通報を受けて駆け付けた警察に逮捕された。
けが人はいなかった。
この少年は以前から精神的に問題を抱えていたということだ。
警察が引き続き詳しく調査を行っている。
精神的な疾患があっても、不特定多数の人を傷つける行為は放置してはおけないよね。
とりあえず、けが人がいなくて良かったよ。
