The Sky Mile Tower in Tokyo. Earthquake Proof?

In Feburary this year, plans were announced for the Sky Mile Tower, which will be twice the height of the tallest building in world (in Dubai) to be built.

It will be 1700m tall and can house 55000 people. It will be ready in 2045!

Can this tower really be built?
Will earthquakes affect it?

Well, there is Roppongi Hills Mori Tower and 300 m tall skyscraper Abeno Harukas in Osaka and they are doing fine right?

The building will be designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox and they will make it work.

Good luck with building the tower!
