【AH BENG FOODIE】 KEISUKE Tokyo Ramen – Spicy Miso
Today a bro here recommend me this ramen restaurant in Suntec. Wah look sibei atas like that and one long queue outside.Can fight with the toto queue at Bukit Batok.
Finally got a table and they very generous. Got free tea, free tao gay, free hard boil egg. But menu only got ramen. So people want to geng cheapo and order one small side dish but enjoy the free items can wait long long ar. The tao gay not bad quite crunchy and tasty.
Their ramen got 4 type. Chicken, crab, tonkotsu, fish, miso spicy tonkotsu. Ask for recommendation and the cute waitress say must try the miso tonkotsu cause its hot and spicy. The spicy miso tonkotsu is a visually stunning masterpiece. In terms of color, it looks machiam like seeing autumn festival in japan. And not forgetting to say the ingredients very generous. 4 big slices of pork charshu, one egg, 3 pieces of seaweed. Better than the maggie mee ajisan joke.The broth is cooked over days and can see the collagen forming over the soup as it cools. So gal gal ai mei mei can drink the soup. Soup is super thick and can taste the sweetness of the pork bones.
Machiam like bak ku teh but super gao 100x.
Eat liao drink water and brush teeth the taste still there, SHIOK. The charshu also nicely seared and meat is so tender. Eating the char shu machiam like eating bbq pork satay. Chao ta fragrance + juicy tender meat. The noodle also very qq and not too hard. Got the wheat taste. Down right authentic. Spiciness level 2 but not so spicy leh. The spicy miso is like the bean paste meat sauce ur ah ma eat with porridge. Though quite ex at $18.60 a bowl, but is quite worth as damn full. Better than maggie mee ajisan la. See if u lucky serve by the golden hair mei mei quite cute also.
